They are super easy to whip up, and give awesome Easter flair to afternoon snack time or after dinner dessert. Ingredients & Materials:

  • Grab six pudding cups in a SUPER Snack Pack in your choice of flavors. We love chocolate. You can find them at Walmart under the Pudding Cups sign. Here’s a coupon to help you save money.
  • Shredded Coconut
  • Green Food Dye
  • Egg Shaped Candy
  • Chocolate Bunnies (1 for each cup)
  • Scrapbook Paper in a fun Easter print or color

Toss a handful of coconut with a few drops of green food dye in to a bowl, and mix until the dye is evenly distributed.

Dying Coconut Green to Make Easter Grass

Open your pudding cups, arrange the coconut on top, then insert your chocolate bunny in the back of the cup. Arrange your eggs on top of the coconut.
