With football season in full swing, you might be on the look out for a fun new recipe for your tailgate party. This sangria recipe is the world’s easiest refreshing adult beverage and {BONUS!} I’m also sharing an alchohol free party punch for all of your non-drinker/pregnant lady/nursing mama friends. Even better, both recipes use 7Up TEN with only 10 calories to make them a much lighter alternative to most cocktails and mocktails.
I learned this sangria recipe years ago from my dear friend Melissa. She mixed it up one evening and I fell in love and have been making it ever since. It is so refreshing and easy. I hope you love it, too.
Grab your 7Up TEN in the soft drink aisle at Kroger. If you haven’t tried the TEN line of beverages yet, grab some Dr. Pepper TEN and Canada Dry TEN while you are there as well. They are so good and have only 10 calories!
Simple 7Up Sangria Recipe Ingredients: Orange Juice, Red Wine, 7Up TEN, Ice
Perfect {Alchohol Free} Party Punch Ingredients: Orange Juice, Sparking Grape Juice, 7Up TEN, Ice
Directions: Fill an 12 oz glass with ice. Measure out 2 ounces of orange juice and 2 ounces of red wine or sparking grape juice. Pour over ice. Fill the rest of your glass with 7Up TEN. Stir well and enjoy. To make a pitcher to serve 6 people, use 12 ounces each of orange juice and red wine/sparking grape juice, then 2 cans of 7Up TEN. Pour over ice in individual glasses. If you partake in the sangria, remember to always drink responsibly.
We love this sangria recipe, and it couldn’t be easier to make. At the stage of life we are in it seems like 90% of my female friends are pregnant or nursing at any time. We also have several friends who don’t drink or prefer an alcohol free beverage. Perfect party punch saves the day.
What is your go to drink recipe for tailgate parties?
Thanks for the mocktail recipe. Sometimes I want the flavor of a cocktail but not the alcohol. #client
